Hi, I'm Manav. I am a medical student; medicine is my tékhnē makrḗ. In everything else I am a dilettante, but I enjoy reading widely. This blog is mostly—but not exclusively—an outlet for these wanderings.

I am reading a lot of Chekhov at the moment. Chekhov and Pushkin (do you see what I am going through?). My favourite poet as of writing this is Housman, but I like quite a few.
